Tatum first joined our team in 2014 as a licensed agent and spent five great years with Jill before stepping away to focus on her family. We were thrilled to welcome her back in 2024, this time as part of our administrative and marketing team. Much of her work happens behind the scenes - a role she embraces with creativity and enthusiasm.

With her deep background in the agency, Tatum brings a strong understanding of policy servicing to her current work. She helps keep operations running smoothly by managing everything from newsletters and emails to website updates, while lending support wherever it’s needed.

Now based in Nashville, TN, Tatum stays busy outside the office with her husband and four kiddos. She’s passionate about health and wellness, loves spending time outdoors, and never misses a chance to explore or enjoy quality time with her family.
